Unity aims to ensure that all information collected about employees, trustees, volunteers, members, clients and other members of the public is used fairly, stored safely and not disclosed to any other person unlawfully.
Unity will comply with the data protection principles set out in the UK implantation of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018.
Your details will be held electronically and as a hard copy for as long as you require the service. If your membership has been inactive for a year, we will remove your details from our records (A new registration can be made at any time).
